At Crystal Shield, every order is handled with care and attention to ensure your DIY PPF kit arrives safely and in perfect condition. We are committed to transparency, quality, and service at every step of the shipping process.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are shipped directly from our Temecula, California warehouse.

• Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.
• Some items are in stock and ready to ship, while others are custom cut to order, which may require up to 48 hours for production.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We prioritize quality and precision over speed—we want every customer to receive the highest-quality product possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, based on the item size, weight, and delivery location.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs, delivery times, and customs duties may vary by destination. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and rates.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Crystal Shield is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen factors outside of our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

• Notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
• We will work with the carrier and file any necessary claims on your behalf.
• Replacement parts will be shipped at no charge in the case of confirmed shipping issues.

• All DIY PPF kits are custom cut to order. Because of this, please allow up to 48 hours for order preparation.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered production.
