Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned within 30 days of receipt, with exceptions noted below.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with returned items.
Products marked as non-returnable on our site are not eligible for refunds.
Exceptions
Returned products must be in unused condition and in their original or equivalent packaging.
Custom-made items, such as the DIY Full Body Vinyl Wrap for Cybertruck, cannot be refunded or returned.
Refund Details
Refunds will reflect the actual price paid after any promotions, discounts, or credits have been applied.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the purchase included free or discounted promotional items, these must also be returned, or their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Sale Price Adjustment
Sale price adjustments are available within 7 days of the order placement if the item was not on sale at the time of purchase.
No adjustments will be made for purchases made more than 7 days from the purchase date.
Processing Your Return
Refunds are processed within two business days upon receipt of the returned items.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Returnable Items
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
They must be in unused and resalable condition.
Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
DIY Full Body Vinyl Wrap for Cybertruck.
DIY Protection Kits for Model Y, Model 3, and Model S.
Gift cards.
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for selectable variants.
Replacement items will be shipped upon approval of the exchange request.
Refund Options
Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, where applicable.
Shipping Returned Items
