🛡 What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery. This includes:

● Yellowing

● Cracking

● Staining

● Delamination

● Peeling due to material failure

If the product is determined to be defective, we will provide replacement film for the affected areas at no charge other than shipping charges.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

● Improper installation, stretching, or trimming

● Surface contamination prior to installation

● Damage from road debris, impact, or accidents

● Misuse, abuse, or neglect

● Failure due to aftermarket coatings, waxes, or chemicals

● Damage from high-pressure washing or harsh cleaning methods

● Removal or reinstallation of the film

🔧 Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your DIY PPF has failed due to a covered issue:

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and installation date.

2. Provide clear photos or video showing the issue.

3. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement part or material for the affected area.

We do not cover labor costs, vehicle transport, or any incidental damage resulting from installation or failure.

🔁 Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the vehicle listed at the time of purchase.

🧼 Maintenance Requirements To maintain your warranty coverage:

● Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days after installation.

● Avoid power washers and abrasive cleaning tools.

● Use only pH-neutral soap and soft microfiber cloths.

● Store the film flat and install in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.
