At Crystal Shield, we proudly stand behind the quality of our professional Paint Protection Film (PPF) installations. We use only premium-grade 8 mil hydrophobic, self-healing PPF and perform every installation with precision and care. All installations are backed by our 10-Year Limited Warranty. 🛡 What’s Covered Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This includes:

● Yellowing

● Cracking

● Staining

● Delamination

● Peeling

● Bubbling due to film failure or improper adhesion

We guarantee our installations against film-related issues resulting from proper maintenance and normal driving conditions.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

● Improper care, misuse, or neglect

● Accidents, road debris, or impact damage

● Chemical damage (acid rain, bug splatter, tree sap, hard water spots, etc.)

● Power washing, scrubbing with abrasive materials, or aggressive chemicals

● Unauthorized removal or reinstallation

● Vehicle repaints without notifying us prior to installation

🔧 Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your PPF has failed due to a covered issue:

1. Contact us at the first sign of failure

2. Provide a brief description, your installation date, and photos of the issue.

3. We will inspect the vehicle and, if the issue is covered, provide repair or replacement of the affected area at no charge.

📍 Service Location

Warranty work must be performed at our authorized Crystal Shield facility in Temecula, CA, unless otherwise arranged.

🔁 Transferability

Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle and purchaser listed at the time of installation.

🧼 Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty eligibility:

● Wait 7 days after installation before washing.

● Avoid automatic brushes and harsh cleaners.

● Use gentle hand washing methods and pH-neutral soap.
