Crystal Shield®️ designs patterns and manufactures its paint protection film kits for optimum performance and durability. We are committed to excellence and quality which is the foundation for the warranty we provide.
Crystal Shield®️ (the “manufacturer”) warrants the film sold in its paint protection film kits (hereinafter defined as the product(s)”) as set forth herein. This limited warranty is valid only if the product was installed in accordance to the Manufacturers application procedures and applicable law. In no event whatsoever will the Manufacturer be responsible for improper or faulty installation of the product.
Crystal Shield®️ warrants the Product will be free of defects in materials and manufacture – including yellowing, cracking or bubbling for a period of Ten Years from the date of purchase of the Product to the original purchaser.
If any Product specified herein fails to conform to the limited warranty during the warranty period, the purchaser will be granted a new replacement product at no charge other than shipping cost from Manufacturer to the purchaser. This warranty is only provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase and photos showing the defect must be provided to the Manufacturer for claim approval.
This limited warranty applies only to the Products. The Products are intended and warranted for use only on fully cured OEM (original equipment manufacturer) vehicle painted surfaces. This warranty is automatically void if installed over repainted, aftermarket paint or vinyl surfaces. Paint lifting from removal of film is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not apply to misuse, accident, misapplication, staining, ordinary wear, nor does it apply to dents or tears caused by physical impact or rocks of road debris. Vehicle surface repainting is not covered under this warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, the Manufacturer is not responsible for the repainting of any panel or the replacement of ceramic coatings.
The Product must be used only in compliance with applicable laws. Warranty coverage is invalid if the Product is subjected to abuse, improper care or use of abrasive or unapproved cleaning agents or in the event that any type of non-wax coating or supplemental clear coat other than ceramic coating, is applied to the product. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to Product or vehicle resulting from improper installation or care.
